Vadim Vladilenovich Razumovskiy

 

Born in 1958. In 1980 graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.

 Since 1980 on diplomatic service. Professional experience: Embassies in the Republic of Mali (1980-1984), France (1989-1994), USA (1997-2000) and Permanent Delegation to UNESCO (2003-2006).

 2012-2015 – Deputy Chief of Mission of the Russian Embassy to Vatican.

 2015-2017 – Head of service in the Department - General Secretariat of the MFA of Russia.

 2017-2019 – Deputy Director in the Department of Africa of the MFA of Russia.

 Nominated as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Guinea by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of March 4, 2019. Nominated as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Sierra Leone (with the residence in Conakry) by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of March 4, 2019.

Speaks French, English, Italian and German.

 Married, has one grown-up daughter.

 Holds the diplomatic rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, Second Class.
