For the documents to be legalized at the Embassy of the Russian Federation they should be presented to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Guinea (for Guinean citizens) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Sierra Leone (for Sierra Leonean citizens).
When applying to the Embassy for legalization the following documents are required:
- The original of the document to be legalized and a copy of the document with an official stamp of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- Passport and the copy of the page with applicant’s photo and personal data.
A DOCUMENT MAY BE LEGALIZED BY THE CONSULAR SECTION ONLY IF A PERSON ARRIVES HIMSELF/HERSELF AT THE EMBASSY. IF THERE IS A NEED TO LEGALIZE A DOCUMENT OF AN ANOTHER PERSON THE POWER OF ATTORNEY IS REQUIRED.
